This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through our websites (including truckinzy.com and gatihire.com), our recruitment and consulting services, our business development and outreach activities, and our communications with you by email, WhatsApp, or phone.
By using our websites or engaging with our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or provide us with personal information.
2. Information We Collect
a) From job seekers and candidates (GatiHire and recruitment services)
Name, contact details, resume/CV, work history, education, skills, current and expected compensation, and any other information you submit when applying for a role or registering on GatiHire.
b) From business contacts and prospective clients
Name, job title, company name, business email address, business phone/WhatsApp number, and company information — collected when you contact us, when we identify your company as a potential fit for our services (including through publicly available hiring signals such as job postings or LinkedIn activity), or when shared with us by a partner.
c) From existing clients
Contact and account information necessary to deliver recruitment, staffing, or consulting services, and — in the course of TMS and technology consulting engagements — limited operational and personnel data (such as driver, dispatcher, or warehouse staff names and contact details) that your organization instructs us to process as part of the engagement. In these cases, we act on your instructions as a service provider, and your organization remains responsible for the underlying legal basis for that data.
d) Communications data
Records of emails, WhatsApp messages, calls, or website chat conducted with us.

5. How We Share Your Information
